Boot Camp . . . the journey Continues...!!!
10-weeks program
2 times a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays
January 19th – March 28th, 2012 6:15 AM- 7:15 AM

This boot camp style workout is designed to satisfy everyone's needs. Focus of the class will be on full body development, i.e. cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, agility, balance, flexibility, and body composition. Class is designed to challenge all fitness levels. (Consult your physician before beginning this or any other exercise program if you are new to exercise, over the age of 40, and have a history of heart disease).
