and Design Services

To
request printing and design services:
- In order to ensure coordination of logo use and visual
identity in University publicity and advertising, OCU policy
requires that all materials be approved by the director
of University Relations. To make arrangements please
call extension 5818.
- To have a piece edited designed and produced by University
Relations please call for an appointment, 521-5818.
- Before taking a print and/or design project to an outside
vendor, it must be approved by the Director of University
Relations. Please bring the proposed piece or mock-up to
University Relations for approval.
- In order to allow enough time for the completion of the
project, printing and design service requests should be
submitted six weeks prior to publication. Press releases
should be requested no later than two weeks in advance.
