Research Article by KSN Team Accepted for Publication
The Kramer School of Nursing research team of Dr. Linda Cook, Dr. Marvel Williamson, Dr. Lois Salmeron, Prof. Denise Burton, and Dr. Dan Goad have had a research article accpted for publication by the Journal of Nursing Education titled "Critical Issues in the Decision to Retire: A Comparison of Retired and Retirement-Age Faculty." This is the second study in a series on improving the retention of productive nursing faculty in the teaching workforce past retirement age, made more important by the growing critical shortage of nursing faculty around the world.
