Justice Studies Students Assist with OSBI Procedures Manual
Graduate students in Oklahoma City University’s Sociology and Justice Studies program are preparing to release a 110-page operating procedures guide for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s Crime Scene Investigations Unit.
Jasmine Medley and Jennifer Alig worked with adjunct professor and OSBI Special Agent Beth Green on the comprehensive report during the spring semester. The procedures cover a variety of topics including organizational issues, crime scene processing guides and standard terminology.
“Medley and Alig’s hard work has resulted in an outstanding product that, once implemented, will undoubtedly improve the OSBI,” Green said.
