Renew or Place a Hold Online

Log in to your account on the online catalog.

Renew Items

  • Login with your B number (student ID - without the B) and your last name.
  • Then click "Login."
  • Click on the "My Account" tab.
  • Under "Charged Items" you will find materials you have currently checked out. Look at the Status and Due Date in the far right hand columns. It will indicate if it is due or overdue. Overdue items can not be renewed online.
  • To renew items, click the "Renew?" checkbox next to each item you want to renew, and then click on the "Renew Items" button.
  • The status in the far right column will change to "Renewed" and will indicate the new due date for the item. If the status does not change, call the circulation desk at 405-208-5068.
  • When finished, scroll back to the top title bar and click on "Logout" near the top right corner.

Placing a Hold

  • Seach the library catalog.
  • When you find an item you would like to place a hold for, click the "Request Forms" button near the top of the right-hand column (under "Actions").
  • Login with your B number (student ID - without the B) and your last name.
  • Then click "Login."
  • Choose "Recall" from the list if the item is checked out, or "Get it; 2 Days" if it is checked in.
  • Make sure your B number (without the B) is entered, and add any comments you need to make.
  • Finally, click the "OK" button.
  • If the item is checked out to another patron, you will be notified by email when it has been returned and is available for you.
