Mr. Fred Ramos
Fred Ramos has over 30 years experience in Information Technology, Education and Economic Development with primary emphasis on Strategic Planning and Management. He has had positions of increasing management and executive responsibilities with various companies, as well as state and local Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and the OKC Latino Community Development Agency.
Fred has served on numerous boards and oversight committees including the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City – Oklahoma City Branch, as President of the University of Puebla (Mexico) Foundation and as Chairman of the Sales Tax Oversight Committee for Vision 2025 in Tulsa. He also served on the Board of Directors for Mid-American Communications Alliance from 2008-2012. Fred has been actively involved in the community during his professional career. These organizations have included The Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber, Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa, Tulsa Public Schools - Hispanic Advisory Council, Hispanic American Foundation, Greater Tulsa Hispanic Affairs Commission, the Latino Community Development Agency in Oklahoma City, and the Cultural Diversity and Economic Development Advisory Committee for the State of Oklahoma.
Fred received his BS degree in Computer Science, from the University of Central Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
Mrs. Judy Smith
Judy has spent the last 20 years in church ministry working with vulnerable populations in Southern California, Washington State, and here in OKC. In the past she has directed summer youth camps, organized a family literacy program, and managed a free medical clinic, among other endeavors.
Prior to OCU, Judy worked as the Technology Assistant at SNU for the School of Graduate and Professional Studies. There she provided classroom support, database management, and coordinated the online course delivery.
Judy’s educational background is a BS in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and MS in Recreation Management/Therapeutic Recreation from Oklahoma State University.
