ATTENTION: School Teachers

The Center for Interpersonal Studies through Film & Literature has a large collection of quality VHS and DVD films that could be a resource for you. The collection includes documentaries, international films, classic USA films, and films intended for children of different ages. You could plan a field trip to Oklahoma City University to view a film and have the Center’s director lead your students in a discussion following the screening. There is no charge for this opportunity.

TO SCHEDULE A FIELD TRIP:

If you are a teacher of students from the upper elementary grades through high school, consider planning a field trip to OCU to view a distinguished film. The Center director will work with you on a topic or theme you want to explore, suggest possible films, offer curricular activities that might accompany the study of the film both before you see it and afterwards, and lead a discussion of the film after its viewing. You only need to contact the Center to discuss your idea and explore the program possibilities.

Contact the Center for more information.
