This year Oklahoma City University is participating again in The Chronicle of Higher Education's Great Colleges to Work For Program. On Monday, a random selection of our faculty and staff will receive a survey as part of the program.
Great colleges to Work For recognizes colleges and universities who have built great workplaces. Oklahoma City University has been included on The Chronicle's list of Great Colleges for the past five years. Congratulations on all you have done to help Oklahoma City University achieve this honor. A great workplace is something we build collectively and continually. Your ideas and contributions help shape us as we improve and grow.
If you receive the email invitation, please take a moment to complete the survey. You will be representing not only yourself, but also your colleagues, so please share your feedback. The results of the survey will be factored into the overall scoring process that will determine the colleges and universities recognized. After The Chronicle publishes the findings this July, we will receive a report that summarizes responses to the survey questions.
The confidential survey measures the strength of various organizational competencies and relationships that most directly impact and influence university culture. The questions are designed specifically for higher education. To ensure the confidentiality of your response, your survey will be processed by ModernThink LLC, a research and consulting firm focusing on workplace excellence. OCU will not be given any information that would enable a survey to be traced back to an individual.
I encourage your participation and your honest feedback. A high response rate helps ensure accurate results and demonstrates the commitment of our faculty and staff to Oklahoma City University.
